Errores asociados a Excel en los bots de VUser y cómo solucionarlos

When the vUser bots want to open an Excel file (such as the bot settings file), they may encounter errors for some specific reasons, such as the Excel file not existing, or its name changed, and such other issues. In the following, we provide a list of possible errors and the solutions to fix these errors.

Error 1: No se encontró el archivo

Este error se produce cuando el bot no puede abrir el archivo de Excel,ya sea porque el archivo de Excel no existe donde debería estar o porque se ha cambiado el nombre del archivo (even with a single character!) and it is not the exact name that had been defined for the bot to find the file.

En realidad,En la parte inferior del cuadro de error se indica el nombre que debe tener el archivo y dónde debe estar ubicado. As a result, to solve the problem, first you need to check if the target file has the correct name and then check if this file is placed in the correct path.

If you are using a premade bot pckages, and after checking on (and correcting) the file name and path, the error still appears, to solve the problem, lo único que tienes que hacer es volver a descargar el paquete completo del bot y reemplazar el archivo Excel de destino por el archivo correcto.

Error 2: Microsoft-Excel no está instalado

This error rarely occurs. You encounter this error when you want to use a bot that has been designed to work with Microsoft Excel but Microsoft Excel is not installed on your system.

Para solucionar el problema, como está claro,necesitas instalar Microsoft Excelen su sistema para poder utilizar el bot previsto.

Error 3: se ha producido un error al intentar crear un archivo de Excel debido a que la ruta del directorio es incorrecta

This error may happen with the bots that are designed to create and open an Excel file, which means they, first, create an Excel file and then, open it to run properly. Receiving this error means that el bot no puede crear el archivo de Excel porque la ruta de directorio que has especificado para el bot es incorrecta.

Para resolver el problema,solo tiene que comprobar la ruta del directorio y corregirla.

Error 4: el formato del archivo es incorrecto. La extensión del archivo debe ser .xls o .xlsx

Como indica claramente el error, el formato del archivo, que es un archivo de Excel, es incorrecto, mientras que la extensión del archivo debe ser .xls o .xlsx
Este error también puede ocurrir cuando el archivo de Excel está dañado.

To solve the problem, you need to select a file that has the correct format (a file that can be opened in Excel or any other spreadsheet. Receiving this error means that you have not activated the Microsoft Office on your system and that is why the bot gets into trouble while running.

There may also be some unknown errors that occur when creating, opening or loading excel files. If you encounter any unknow errors regarding excel files, it means that the excel file is corrupted for any reason. For example, the excel file may get corrupted, porque la información guardada en el archivo de Excel se interrumpió debido a un evento repentino e impredecible(mientras se guardaba la información en el archivo de Excel), como un corte de energía o cualquier otro problema técnico.
