How to Open Telegram Permissions Settings
To enter the permissions settings section of being added to Telegram groups by unknown people or your contacts, just follow the steps below.
Open Telegram and click on the three-line icon () in the upper left corner of the screen.
Then select Privacy & Security.
Clik on Groups.
By reaching this part of the settings, you can now specify who will be allowed to edit you to different Telegram groups.
How to Set the Permissions of Add to Telegram Groups by Unknown People

Part One Who can add me to group chats?
In this section, you determine who is allowed to invite you to different groups and channels. This section has two options which will be discussed in the following.

- My Contacts: By selecting this option, you will only allow your contacts (people whose mobile number you have saved on your phone) to add you to Telegram groups.
Part two Add exceptions.
In this section, you can make an exception for the permissions issued by unknown people or your contacts to add you to Telegram groups. This section has two options which will be discussed in the following.
Always allow: In this section you specify which audience is always allowed to invite you to Telegram groups. Suppose you only allow your telegram audience to do this, now if you want to allow some anonymous users (people who are not among your contacts) to add you to Telegram groups, just follow the steps below.
Click Add Users.
Type the Telegram ID of the person you want in the search section at the top of the page.
Find the person you are looking for in the Telegram search results and click on the tick at the bottom right of the page.
This way, this person can invite you to different Telegram groups, even though they are not your contact and you do not have their mobile number stored on your phone.
Never Allow: With this option, you can select people who you do not want to invite you to a group. Suppose you only allow your Telegram contacts to do this, now if you do not want to allow some of your contacts to add you to a Telegram group, just follow the steps below.
Click Add Users.
From the names that appear, select the contacts you want and click on the tick at the bottom right of the page.
This way, these people will not be able to add you to different Telegram groups, even though they are your contacts and you have their mobile number saved on your phone.
